1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Avocado oil for cooking
For the Rice:
1 cup regenerative jasmine or basmati rice
1 ¾ cup water
1 tbsp ghee or grass-fed butter
Pinch of sea salt
For the Salad:
1 cup frisée lettuce, chopped
1 Persian cucumber, diced
½ tomatoes, halved
½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted
For the Aioli:
¼ cup avocado oil mayo
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
How to Make It
